About Audra Sichler
Audra Sichler was born and raised in Queens, NY. She attended high school and college in Manhattan.
Upon getting married, she moved to the suburbs of New York City where she enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle with her family while she continues to build a legacy for others to follow.

Mother
A proud mother of three, Audra tragically lost her first born at birth. Turning tragedy into triumph, she found a path forward and now has an amazing son and daughter that she cherishes on a daily basis.
Experiencing life as a family is one of the greatest gifts the world has to offer.
Wife
Audra married her high school sweetheart and the two have been inseparable ever since.
The life long wife of a dedicated first responder, Audra and her husband have experienced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, both of which come with being a professional first responder.
Coming out of these moments and creating a life to proud of, this is where building a legacy begins.
Firefighter/
First Responder
Starting her passion late in life, Audra followed her son into the firehouse and has found her zest for the fire service to continue every day since the day she first stepped foot onto the apparatus floor.
She was named Firefighter of the Year in 2023 and since then, has gone onto becoming a member of the Putnam County Technical Rescue Team earning certifications in Off Road Utility Vehicle Driving, Rope Rescue and Swift Water.
Business Owner
An accomplished entrepreneur, Audra started her first business in 2000 and since then has never looked back.
What was once a company run out of a corner in a studio condominium residence it has grown to one of the top franchises in the franchise system.
Wellness Coordinator
A fitness enthusiast her entire life, Audra began racing triathlon in 2005. She raced her way to the top ranks of the USA being invited to compete on the national stage at the USA Triathlon National Championships.
She also earned her Ironman status competing in the Ironman triathlon. Currently, she serves the first responder and military communities as the Wellness Coordinator for Guardian Revival.
Adventurer
Life being a beautiful journey, Audra enjoys travel and adventure. There is no journey too big or too small as long as you embrace every day as a gift and make the most out of your time on earth.
